Project Overview

JAJKO served as Project Manager for the $250M repositioning of Place Ville Marie from 2016 to 2020, one of the most complex urban revitalization projects in Montreal's history. The program included façade rehabilitation across three buildings, a redesigned Esplanade, the construction of the landmark glass pavilion, and a complete modernization of the underground retail and food hall spaces. The work repositioned PVM as a world-class commercial and cultural hub in the heart of downtown Montreal.
