ENR Global Best Projects Award Specialty Construction

In 2020, Engineering News-Record named the Grand Hall PVM at Place Ville Marie one of the best construction projects in the world.
Jajko served as Project Manager. The project was a 630 m² all-glass pavilion entrance with 18 panels, each up to 5.6 tons, held by laminated glass beams with no visible connectors. The roof appears to float. At the time, nothing of that size had been built this way anywhere in the world.
One of the judges put it simply: "A major step forward in this type of construction."
