JAJKO managed the construction of Le Cathcart Restaurants & Biergarten, a landmark food and hospitality destination in the heart of downtown Montreal. The 35,000 sq ft space was built beneath the newly constructed PVM glass pavilion and houses 12 restaurants, food counters, cafés, and a biergarten with over 1,000 seats. The project was delivered as part of the broader $250M PVM repositioning program.
