Franck, formerly Technical Director at Château Frontenac and Reine Elizabeth, has unparalleled experience in the hotel industry. Having worked as Technical Director for Fairmont North America, Franck has a thorough understanding of the complexities of managing projects in the hotel sector.

With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Dina has led complex public-sector construction projects encompassing design coordination, renovations, building envelope and portfolio oversight.  She manages client relationships and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Site supervision

A former member of the OIQ, Eric has over 20 years of experience in technical maintenance management at Fairmont hotels and assists our clients in coordinating on-site operations (site supervision, closures, interventions, interruptions, etc.).

Project Coordinator / Estimator

With over 16 years of experience in fire protection and life safety, Natalie brings expertise in coordinating activities and interpreting complex construction documents. She oversees behind-the-scenes project operations, including budgets and estimates, documentation, funds approvals, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
